Sol Gabetta at "Adventskonzert aus der Frauenkirche" (ZDF)

On November 29th, the first advent, Sol Gabetta will be playing at the traditional advent concert in the Frauenkirche Dresden, broadcasted by ZDF.

In September, Sol Gabetta reached the number one spot in the German classical charts with her new CD "Haydn / Hofmann / Mozart cello concertos" . In October, she is still on number 4.

Sol Gabetta signing October 28th in Munich at Beck

On October 28th, Sol Gabetta presents her new CD at the Beck store in Munich. She will be talking with Ben Alber from Bayern 4 Klassik and play some pieces live. Afterwards she will sign her CDs.

Sol Gabetta has entered the German Media Control Top 100 longplay charts on #63 with her new CD "Haydn / Hofmann / Mozart cello concertos". As one of the few classical artists, she had already jumped into the German pop charts with her last CD "Cantabile".

Sol Gabetta at ZDF Mittagsmagazin

On August 12th, Sol Gabetta will be guest at the ZDF Mittagsmagazin on German television. She will present her new CD with cello concertos of Haydn, Hofmann and Mozart.

Sol Gabetta receives Argentinean "Premio Gardel" award

Sol Gabetta has won the "Premio Gardel" for the third time in a row. Her Shostakovich CD was honoured as best classical album of the year. The „Premio Gardel“ is the most important music award in Argentina.

Sol Gabetta receives ECHO Klassik award 2009

Sol Gabetta receives the German ECHO Klassik award 2009 for her Shostakovich CD with Münchner Philharmoniker as concerto recording of the year (20./21. century). It is her second ECHO Klassik award, receiving one for her debut CD in 2007.
